I went through this same phase. I still am, to a point. Still haven't gotten my feet wet with taking one of the many CAs,OCs and CRAs that have screwed me to court.
Could someone tell me, what if a collection agency NEEDS to be liscensed in the state of Tennessee. The collection agency is in the state of Pennsylvania,
