I have always learned things the hard way and the ways of credit was no exception. We were 23 and almost 50k in debt - yikes! Since the bk, I totally swore of credit - paid cash for EVERYTHING! We have slowly incorporated credit cards back into our life as they are somewhat of a necessity. We are buying a SUV next month and it scares the crap out of me - we are putting 12.5 down on it and I wish it was more! I know as long as I am scared I will stay smart about it all!!
