Actually now that I have looked at it more they dont report the limits only high balance, but does not seem to have affected my score at all.

If you have no job, no money in the bank, and do not own anything with much equity, you are "judgement proof"....meaning that they can sue all they want, but there is nothing to collect.
It must have fallen off either Saturday or Sunday.....
If so, file a complaint against them with the Tx Attorney General.
