You have to catch them in reporting violations, either the CRA not following the rules or the furnisher. Is the reporting absolutely, everything about it, line by line accurate?

It must be VERY close to the end ofya 30 days...EQ did that to me on day 28 or 29 just to get report our by 30th day...then on like day 32-33 I got another updated report...Of course they say verified....
Are you saying you can't file BK because you have too much equity in your home or because you're in arrears with your mortgage ? I realize TN doesn't have the greatest exemption going but even a CH 13 would stop foreclosure and allow you keep your home and your vehicles.
