Does anyone know the section of the FCRA that I can use when the supervisor calls back? The burden of proof is on the CRA to provide an "instrument bearing my signature", right?
Thanks for the advice...I think I may stick with FHA for now, being as this is my first mortgage...money to close is not a problem and such...already have contract and such, so maybe now's a little late to be screwing with it since closing is 12/23....

A very bad history - but paid off in 2001 - auto loan was reporting a balance due and past due amount, I disputed with EQ and got a 10 point jump from the removal of those two incorrect items. However, the DW's EQ dispute came back verified so we sent the CYA letter to OC.
