"Out of all my credit cards, Providian was one that I never was late for," he said. "Now, I am in bankruptcy, because 29 percent? Would you pay 29 percent?"
You will make it one day. It was not too long ago when the biggest card I had was a $700 Cap 1.
This is the first time I have EVER been able to get APPROVAL on ELOAN.
I see 2 problems. First of all, they don't have to prove you ever received anything. All they need do is convince a judge that in the ordinary course of business it is more likely than not that they did mail it. See Butch's validation thread for a case called Mahon vs Credit Bureau of Placer County. There is discussion about how automated mailing sysytems work and the likelhood is real that it was mailed.
as always, please post your scores, etc. so we can all see what they looked at.
