Something new i've tried...not sure if it will work yet, as I havent heard anything or had any results just yet, but instead of sending ITS, I did an actual Petition and told them as a courtesy, I was sending them this copy before filing to see if they cared to resolve the matter.

I have had an account with BofA for about 2 months . I am looking to do this in the future when all inquiries fall off. The bad thing about the BofA account is that the intereest rate is pretty steep after the 6 month 0% purchases and BT rate.
Do either of you have any sort of retirement fund you can borrow against?
I want to go into the bank tomorrow morning and get prequalified for a mortgage. Any tips you can offer me as to what to bring? I figure I'll bring last 2 years W2's?
